Hi we have a user who all of a sudden as soon as she reads a message it is marked as deleted. I can not find any settings that might have turned this on, and there does not seem to be a rule setup to do it. Any suggestions? Thanks! Melanie Hi Melanie -- Did you mean marked as read? If so, go to Tools, Options, Other, Reading Pane and uncheck mark Items as read...
