Personal messages in Outlook

Hello all
How do I send an email to a group so that every member in this group
will receive a "personal" message only for him ?
Only one addressee name will appear in the "To:" field
in each message sent.

That is called an Email Merge.  There are many posts here about how to do it
or you can try the Help button as well.  You forgot to mention which version
of Outlook you have and the instructions vary a bit.
