Outlook 2003 sp2 on XP. A user has reported that she has 2-year old items still sitting in her Deleted Items folder, but at the same time things she deleted in February of this year are no longer there. Why would this happen? Because she deleted the 2-year old items it later and emptied her Deleted Items folder in between?
