All I want is how to disable the "Prompt" that says:

"Outlook, Windows Internet Explorer, and other applications save lists of
RSS feeds that you subscribe to.

The common feed list in MS Windows maintains one synchronized list of RSS
Feeds, Do you want your RSS Feeds in Outlook to be synchronized with the
common feed list?" WHEN YOU START OUTLOOK 2007.

I want to accomplish this in the GPO.  I have found where to turn RSS Feeds
off BUT not this crazy prompt.  Even if I answer No, it still prompts me
everytime I start Outlook 2007.

Does anyone have an actual answer for this?  Thank you in advanced.

Any luck on what? You broke the thread and didn't quote the original.

It's the first option in the GPO for RSS Feeds;
Synchronize Outlook RSS Feeds with Common Feed List
