can't send email

I've made sure all mailbox settings are correct but keep getting the error
message ox800cccof when trying to send email. support guy at bellsouth could
not help. Does anyone know how to solve this? Thanks!!

Other than the "x" in the "0x" prefix to denote a hexidecimal value,
there are no "o" (oh) characters in hexidecimal values.  That is the
problem when describing an error message: you get it wrong and/or you
show it incomplete.  Don't describe an error message.  Don't summarize
it.  Copy and paste the error message in its entirety.

Have you tried disabling the e-mail scanning in your anti-virus
program?
