can receive but not send emails havent changed anything?

I have not made any changes to outlook 2003 but suddenly I cannot send any
emails, I am still able to receive and can cend from other mail clients any
ideas/

Since when is "suddenly"? What did you do before that?

In addition to what Robert asks, state what DOES happen. You only say what
doesn't happen.

Prove it. Show the error message. Don't describe the error. Don't
summarize the error. Copy and paste the error or transcribe it
verbatim (but munge out your username).
