A program is trying to access my address book, how can I find out what
program this is & can I stop it as it restarts my Outlook each time?

You get this when doing which action with which version of Outlook?

What do you mean with "at any time"?
When you start your computer?
When you start Outlook?
When creating new email?
Ect...?

It can happen at any time once Outlook is started, ie; as soon as it starts,
10 minutes after, when I start a new message or when the system has been left
for a while unused & I come back to it there's the message "a program is
trying to access your address book", ie; any time.
