I am using outlook 2003. WHen I highlight an e-mail and click reply without opening it it takes a long time to open as compared to if I open it to read it. Whay is this and is there something I can do. Thank you David Are there any graphics in the email? OL might be trying to automatically download the graphic. If it cannot find it, it will take a long time to open.
