Aside from making my fonts bigger I would like to know how to enlarge/zoom
the inbox and viewing panes for my email in Outlook 2003.  Thanks for your
help.

If you don't mean increasing the fonts, what do you mean by "zoom"?

When you're using Word you can view a document at 75%, 100%, 150%, etc and
the actual document size is changing rather than changing a font from 10pt to
14pt to make it larger.  Can I "zoom" my inbox and my preview pane?  Thanks.

Depends on the mesage format.  Tools>Options>Mail Format>Fonts contains
settings that control the Reading Pane.
