Disabling email account temporarily

I have a number of email account and often one of the servers does not
accept my password. This warning signal asking for network password is
irritating. If you try it next day all are OK.

Is it possible to disable a particular email account without deleting it? In
outlook Express you simply untick "Include this account when receving ..."

We need to know which version of Outlook. You can set up Groups under the
Send Receive menu and exclude the ones you want: Define Send-Receive Groups.

Thanks. Outlook 2003 with Win XP Pro.
