I sorted Inbox by "From" and proceeded to move items to folders or delete
messages.  When completed I can no longer view incoming messages.  Inbox
states "there are no items to show in this view".  The status bar indicates
messages downloading but my view settings changed somehow and I cannot locate
default settings.  I am able to sign onto Hotmail and see my mail but cannot
get the same messages to come into Outlook.  I know it's something simple but
can't locate info under Help, so please help.  Thx
