It's not real clear what you want to do, those are two different ways to
access your email, what do you want to convert?

Sorry, I didn't have my own computer until recently so my outlook was set up
using Microsoft Outlook Web Access.  I would like to convert all of this
information to the outlook 2003 on my desktop.

You'll have to connect to your Exchange server.  Your tech people must know
how to do that.
