I have Outlook 2007

Is there any way to know for sure that a message was recalled.

Apparently you really did NOT want to ask a question.  A suggestion is
NOT a question.

Read the help included in Outlook.  If you had, you would've noticed
that Exchange is required as the mail server.  You never mentioned
what type of mail server that you use.
