Deleted email keeps showing up in the deleted folder. this has happened several times. any thoughts? You should explain why this is a problem. Are you connected to Exchange? If you don't know, you're probably not using Exchange. Nonetheless, click Tool. Do you see "Services" as a menu item or "Accounts"? If the former, click it, and see what type of account shows.
