Why am I getting the same email but no others?

I keep getting the same email (aover 30 times) but no others. Outlook Express
6 connects but just says "receiving 1 of 30 messages" but no new ones ever
come through. It's been like this for 2 days now. Can anyone help please?

Note that this is an Microsoft Office Outlook forum.

Outlook Express is family of Internet Explorer and Outlook of the Office
family.
