I am frequently getting this message on MS Outlook 2003 even while im
composing, replying or leaving the Outlook idle. The error message as per
below:

"Microsoft Office Outlook has encountered a problem and  needs to be close"

There are 3 options below: Debug, Send Error Report and Don't Send.

Can you help me out with this problem as I am the only user who is
experiencing this problem, I have already deleted MS Office and reinstalled
it.

Thanks,

Andrew

Uninstall/reinstall rarely cure a problem
With OL closed locate scanpst.exe, the repair tool, and run it on the data
file - several times if it fixes any problem
Within OL run Detect/Repair
Check Event Viewer for any OL errors
