Outlook out of office

We are connected to sbserver 2003 with exchange, we had out of office working
and now it has stopped saying "the command is not available see
documentation". How do we switch it back on as the documentation does not say
how

Check if it is listed in Disabled Items in Outlook. If so, enable it.
