when I open Micorsoft Outlook..2003.  it is set up to not open with out using
a password...how do I make it so I do not need to use password.  Want to be
able to open outlook and for it to start right up and send and receive emails
with out entering password?

Thanks

Right-click Personal Folders, go to Properties, Advanced, Change Password, type the current password in Old Password, and you can either remove it completely by not typing anything in the New/Verify, or you can change it. In both cases, make sure you check the box Save This Password...
