How to save pictures in mail messages?

Since upgrading to Office 2007, I can no longer find any way to save
pictures that are included, inline, with any messages I receive in Outlook.
With all previous versions of Office I've used, it was a simple matter of
right-clicking on the picture and choosing "Save As..." from a pop-up menu.

It seems a glaring omission - of a feature most users would use regularly.
The one remaining option in the context menu for inline pictures, "Copy," is
hardly an adequate substitute.

Why has this feature gone away ... and how can one re-enable the "Save
As..." feature in Outlook 2007?

Doggone near brilliant, thank you.  It doesn't let you choose individual
inline items to save and might wind you up with a folder full of files you
didn't want to save, but it's infinitely better than having to
copy-and-paste pictures, one by one, into Paint and then save each one to a
folder separately.  (It's a lot easier to delete the files you don't want
than to have to create each one you do want by scratch.)

Most helpful; thanks again.
