We had Time Warner come and set up Road Runner. The service man set up
Outlook Express to be the mail carrier before he left. We had always used
Outlook before and didn't realize he was setting up the Express. Now we have
lost all of our address contacts and we are not getting our emails. We are
also setting up new email addresses and want to do it so everything goes to
Outlook as it was working fine before with no problems. How can we fix this?
Thank you so much. Nothing is worse than having your email and contacts
messed up.
We have XP with office 2002 I believe.
Thank you so much.

Configure Outlook and then use Export from within OE.

Thank you. We seem to have everything working now EXCEPT we can't send
anything to his new address. We can send out from his new address and his old
address. We can get email from his old address but nothing  comes to his new
address. My aol account said it was unrecognizable. How frustrating. Thanks
for people like you willing to help people like us though. Sharon 032408
