how to read chinese in outlook 2007

I use to read and input Chinese languages in my outlook older version, after
I changed to Outlook 2007 , all my records in Chinese become  ? ? ?, there
iare no problem in other program like Words/excel etc.
I am using Windows Xp Pro Sp2 / Microsoft Office 2007 Enterprise

You need to run Outlook in Unicode Mode. See
