Launch contacts in Outlook directly

My MS 6000 Laser Keyboard has a button to launch Windows Contact calls.  I
would like to make this button launch me directly into Outlook's contact
list. Is this posilbe?

Set the command line to outlook.exe /select outlook:contacts
