I have 2 PCs and a lap top which I use at home. I want to be able to have one
outlook account which synchronises on all PCs. The master Outlook account
being held on my study PC or later on a networked hard drive. How do I
achieve this
All depends on your version of Outlook and even more on the account type
that you are using. If it's POP3 you'll need a 3rd party addin to make it
work.

I am not sure if this is what you are trying to achieve however...
If your 2 PCs and laptop are in a peer to peer network, you could configure
each Outlook (3) to access a single .PST file located on your Master PC.
This would however, involve that your Master PC always be ON in case the
other PC or laptop are checking; it would act as a server where the shared
PST file is located.
