2 days ago, I uninstalled O-2002 and then installed OHS 2007. Yesterday I
installed Outlook from the O-2002 package. I only selected Outlook.
Today I've had 14 security updates for the full O-2002 package i.e.
including Powerpoint, Excel etc.
How can I stop these please. Or could someone point me to the correct forum.
Many thanks - yet again.

Where do you get these updates - on Microsoft Update or Office Update?
On Microsoft Update you can hide any updates you don't want to see any more.

Hi Pat. The Microsoft Shield appeared in my tool bar saying that downloads
had been received and were ready to be installed.
I've checked the Update History in the MS Update Home - that simply says
some are automatice updates and others are Microsoft Updates. Is there any
other way I can find out please?

Means you got these updates through AutoUpdate. You can configure
AutoUpdate to first ask you before it downloads anything.

Next you go to Microsoft Update, click 'Custom', and after all updates
are retrieved, hide the ones you don't want to see any more.
