cannot receive mail. 4 or 5 seconds after opening up outlook,a box appears,stating' Oulook encountered a problem and needs to close. I closout and it will re-appear. No incoming messages since Friday. I ran F -PROT, AND AVAST, and found zero worms or viruses. Please include some further information: Version of Outlook Type of email account If a PST is being used, what size is it? What troubleshooting steps have you taken so that you're not told to duplicate any steps?
