Is there a way for me to send an e-mail to different e-mails and the
recipient to only be able to view his e-mail on the "TO:" field?

I know that I can use the BCC to hide e-mails from other no to see it, but
that’s not very professional and I would like to know it there was an option
in Outlook 2003 or 2007 for me to just send to many e-mails at one time but
that the recipients only see his own e-mail address.

Use MailMerge in Word (which must be the same version as Outlook for
integration to work).

Or use a bulk mailing program if you want to send separate copies of the
same e-mail to multiple recipients.  I even recall seeing a plug-in to
Outlook that is itself a bulk mailing program (so you don't need Word
but are still stuck trying to use Outlook as a listserver).
