I use OE6 instead of Outlook w/ XP Pro.  For the past few months I have
noticed that OE frequently prompts to compact OE files.  In that period,
several of my email folders have lost their complete contents.  The folders
are still there, they're just empty.  I see a lot of software to retrieve
lost emails, tried one, but it doesn't restore the lost ones.  Can I get an
MVP to address this matter.  I HAVE to get those emails back.  Thanks.

You need to ask the experts in the OE newsgroups.
