I used to receive notification when my sent emails were read and received.
Help refers to going to Tools, then selecting email options, then tracking.
I don't see email options.

So under the Tools menu, what entries DO you see? Are there any that
have "options" in their name?
That is NOT what the help said. For Outlook 2002 (you never bother to
mention WHICH version you use), it says:
1. On the Tools menu, click Options.
2. Click E-mail Options.
3. Click Tracking Options.
4. Select the Read receipt or the Delivery receipt check box.
What it does not say in step 2 is to select the Preferences tab but then
that is the default selected tab, anyway, so telling you to click on
that tab would be superfluous.

Tools>Options>E-mail Options>Tracking Options.
