Need Help - 24 Mar 2008 22:05 GMT
I have 19 unread e-mails in my inbox but 1025 items in my inbox that are not
showing anywhere. I know that these messages are slowing down my e-mail
service and I would like to be able to find them and delete them. Please
advise. Specificallly, on the bottom of the screen when I have my inbox
selected it shows 1025 items, 19 unread.

Are you perhaps filtering your view? Click on View > Current View and make
sure Messages is what's checked. These instructions are approximate, you
didn't indicate your version of Outlook.
