Collapse distribution list in Outlook that recipients see.

I want to collapse the distribution list in my e-mails to multiple people so
that they only see the name of the distribution list, not every name in the
e-mail.

Also, block "reply all" action on recipients end.

Use the Bcc field and they won't be able to use Reply All, since they won't
be able to see who has received the message. Create a contact whose name
matches the DL name and whose address is your own address and put that
contact in the To field.
