Just brought a new user online in Vista. When I start Outlook in his login, it sees all the email. everything is set correctly but when I try to start a new email, it says "A Dialog Box Open, Close it and try again". There is no dialog box open. All I did was start Outlook (07). Also, in this mode I cannot even exit Outlook (either by File/Close or "X"). > Just brought a new user online in Vista.
