I'd like to be able to print an email I've just sent without having to go
into the "Sent" folder and find it and click on it and then print it. There
muct be some reasonably simple way of doing that, but I can't seem to find
it. I can print it before I send it but then I don't have a written record of
when it was sent.

VBA or an addin? Have you looked at after sending rules? (I haven't lately
so I can't say if print email is an action like it is for on arrival rules -
you may need a custom action.)
