I am using microsoft outlook 2000. It has been working well for some years. I have not experienced a problem. I have lost access to all my personal folders. I try to open it and it comes up with an error message. "Unable to expand". Can anyone offer me advice on this on how I can retreive all my folders; personal folders, sent, delete, etc. Search your hard disk for scanpst.exe,run it to repair your personal folders.
