I don't want unauthorized people opening my outlook and viewing my calendar,
notes and email when I'm away from my desk.
Is there anyway I can password protect outlook 2003 so nobody can open it
without a password.

Then lock your PC with a password-protected screen saver or by pressing the
Windows key/L

If you use a PST for your data store, you can password-protect the PST.

You can use a password to protect your personal folders.To do this,right
click on your personal folder,click Properties on the shortcut menu,on the
Advanced tab set the password for your personal folders.
