Hi!

One of my users can't delete messages after a reinstallation of the computer.
The delete button is disabled.
There are no error messages.
The user can move messages.
The user has write permissions on the pst-files.

What is wrong, why can't he delete any messages?

Which version do you have? Anyway use the Repair Tool to fix your personal
folders.

I knew I forgot to mention something.
It is Outlook 2003.
I will try to run the Repair Tool tomorrow morning.

I found the error.
When I installed Outlook I used a pst-file that had a bad name. After
configuration I change the name of the pst-file and change it also in
Datafiles.
But I did not change where Outlook saves the messages for the account, there
the old file was still used.

So when I there change to Personal folder everything worked as it should do
again.
