What is the significance of the Header Status column in the list of mail items.

For example, you have Icon, Attachment, Subject, Received as a few of your
column headers.  The first in my set of column headers is Header Status, what
is this?  And why do I occassionally see an icon in this column, but not
consistently?

An thoughts would be appreciated!

For some types of mail accounts, you can configure Outlook to download only
the headers of the message from the server and not the body of the message.
This saves communications time between Outlook and the server.  In the case
where the headers only are downloaded, the icon will be what looks to me to
be a half sheet of paper.
