Auto Reply with Outlook 2002

How do you create a template for auto reply to incoming emails.  I know how
to turn the auto reply on - just can't figure out how to create the template.

You write a new email. Select Save as and change the type of document to
Outlook template.

Browse to that template as the one for your autoreply.
