Its about .pst

Hi All,

Pls let me know does .pst file contains all data of emails, Rules, Address
book, Default email views ect.

in short after taking backup of this pst file do'nt i need to take back up
of any paricular rules and adress book and block senders etc....

Hi Prem Soni,

Outlook svaes the following information in PST files:

- Tasks
- Calendars
- Contacts
- Emails

No Rules, no email accounts.
The "Outlook Addressbook is only a scesial view to your contacts it is not a
"file".

Where does Outlook store the items?

Click File>Data File Management and look.

I misinterpreted your question.  I thought you were asking WHICH PST
contains the data, not IF a PST contains it.  Sorry.
