I received a file on a CD that is a pst file. In this file are copies of
email correspondence that needs to be printed and filed. Could you tell me
how I can view  and read the contents of this file in my outlook. I am using
Outlook 2003.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Best regards,

Dee

Copy the pst file to your HDD. Do NOT overwrite any existing file, so put it
somewhere like in your Documents.
Right-click on it, choose Properties, and ensure that any read-only
attribute is off.
Then in Outlook do File-Open-Outlook Data File and navigate to where you put
it.
