Emails I receive with attchments are showing scrambled in the body of email.
They are being sent BCC.  I have Microsoft office 2003 and Vista.  How can I
fix this.

Don't read RTF (Rich Text Formatted) e-mails in RTF format (i.e., stop
using Word as the e-mail reader).  Set the option for Outlook to convert
RTF e-mails into HTML e-mails.  And deselect using Word to view RTF
e-mails.

Also ask the sender to stop using RTF to send their e-mails.  RTF should
only be used when both sender and recipient are guaranteed to BOTH be
using Outlook (as no other e-mail client understands RTF) and BOTH are
using the same Exchange mail server organization.

At this point in time, you can't.  It's a known problem and Microsoft is
aware of it.
