Im running Outlook 2007, our server is Exchange 2003 SP2 and Im constantly
getting a pop-up saying the Exchange server is not reponding when trying to
send email. This is a clean install of XP Pro as well as Office 2007 Pro
Plus. The other people in my dept are not having an issue, except me. Any
help will be grately appreciated.

Your IT people are in the best position to be able to help you.  It's a
networking problem.

Compare the network settings and route on a working system to the same data
on the one with the problem and see if there are any differences.  Perform a
traceroute from each to the Exchange server.  Examine the MTU values and
other TCP/IP registry settings.
