I can send but not receive email. I am using Outlook 2007. I have not changed
anything in my settings, this problem started yesterday when I turned on my
computer. I would appreciate advice from someone who has rectified this
problem recently with Outlook 2007 as I am not very computer literate and
can't afford to experiment. Many thanks!

This appears to be a message from your ISP.  Ask them what your account
settings should be.  You should also consider posting the entire exact text
of the message (but modifying any real mail addresses to hide the actual
username portion) because there may be additional information in the error
text.
