I am having an issue with a particular remote user who connects to our
Exchange 2003 server over a VPN connection.  Recently this user is being
prompted every times he opens Outlook over the VPN connection for his user
name and password.  He enters the appropriate information and makes a
successful connection but periodically during the session, he will be
prompted again for his username and password.  I have two remote users in
this office, configured the same way and one is having this issue and the
other is not.  Any thoughts on what might be occurring or what I should try
to correct this problem?  Any help on this issue will be greatly appreciated!

Have you installed WinXP SP2 or later? If not,try it out and see if the
problem is resolved.
