Using Exchange 2007 with outlook 2003/2007 clients.
Previous to this server we were on Domino with Lotus Notes. There is a UNIX
server that sends a daily XLS file to some of the users and in Notes it would
show up as an attatchment and they could open it just fine.
After going to Exchange/Outlook it shows up embedded in the message and is
just garbage.
The person managing the UNIX box has tried some things but we can't get it
to change. Any ideas why Outlook is having such a hard time with this?

It appears something is mangling the MIME headers to that Outlook or
Exchange can't recognize the parts of the message. If you compare the
headers to a message that works, you may be able to discover where the
problem lies. My guess is that there's an extra blank line being added in
the message headers.
