Maybe include myself in the mail merge? I need one piece of paper to show
when the email was sent and to what contacts. I am sending out quote request
and would like a summary report do that I can check of who has replied back.

Thank you very much,

Dan

I was looking for something more automated, If I printed the list I would
have to select ranges, as these quotes need to contain only the people who it
was sent to. The next email quote would conatin different email contacts.

Thanks
