Outlook 2003 with Vista Home Premium SP1 Most rules (approximately 20) are properly observed when new mail comes in, but some email is misrouted to the wrong folder (alway the same folder). If I move the misrouted email back to the inbox and rerun the rules then all mail is properly routed? How come there are some failures when mail is routed automatically, but not when manually routed? BTW: I do check "Stop processing more rules" in each and every rule I create. In thinking about how to respond, I looked again at each rule (something I have done a dozen times) and this time I found that I had set up one of my rules incorrectly and this was the cause of my problems. I am a little embarassed, but what the heck ... problem now solved.
