I installed Outlook 2007 on a new vista machine. How can I transfer all my old emails and addresses from outlook 2000 on my old XP machine? Import/export doesn't seem to work. When I try to use the import function, it only lists Outlook Express, Live Mail, Eudora, etc. Nothing about Outlook. Hi Jon If you try to export the emails etc to a PST file, save it somewhere on your local hard drive then import the PST that should pull everything in. With OL closed on the old pc, copy the *.pst file(s) to some location on the new PC, eg Documents folder, then in OL, File>Open>Data File.........browse to the location.
