My inbox suddenly began displaying the "To" information rather than the
"From"  No clue what I did to cause it, nor how to fix it.

Is it possible that you have managed to change "views" on your messages ?? If
you go to the "view" menu, then "current view" and select "messages" does
that change things for the better ?? If no then I will try and dig around a
bit more...
