Hi all: Everytime I try to empty my deleted items a get an error message saying that it can't delete the item because the folder is full". The permissions section of the folder is blocked out. Gary What version do you have ? There's a maximum size limit for the personal folders file,2G for Outlook 2002 or earlier ,20G for Outlook 2003 or later. You may have to repair your personal folders file.
