Hi all:

Everytime I try to empty my deleted items a get an error message saying that
it can't delete the item because the folder is full".  The permissions
section of the folder is blocked out.

What version do you have ? There's a maximum size limit for the personal
folders file,2G for Outlook 2002 or earlier ,20G for Outlook 2003 or later.
You may have to repair your personal folders file.

Try selecting a range of messages in the Deleted Items folder, then holding
the Shift key and clicking or pressing Delete.  Do the items delete then?
