Auto Correct Capitalization

The help window explains to do the following...
On the Tools menu, click Options. Click the Mail Format tab, and then click
Editor Options. Click Proofing, and then click AutoCorrect Options. This is
where
i get stalled. I am unable to select the "Proofing" tab. Any suggestions?

What version of Outlook?  For Outlook 2003, click
Tools>Options>Spelling>AutoCorrect Options.
